Yes, that's "when it's done" (by the NetSurf core dev team - not by me - I'm beginning to see the need for a FAQ just for this one question) Here's a far less interesting screenshot to keep your mind off it: http://www.amigans.net/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=185&cid=5 The hotlist and global history windows use the same interface. |

Well, it's been two - actually, three - weeks since the last post!
What's the latest news with this nice piece of software? |

http://vlists.pepperfish.net/pipermai ... 2008-November/008035.html Not mentioned: I've added an ARexx menu and "complete page save" (although loading back into NetSurf won't work yet as local file loading is still broken) Still to do: file fetcher (done) page search function scale/zoom printing object (image) copy, thumbnails and other assorted random stuff options gui ssl cert window treeview info display fix frames fix textfields/editing and various other things relating to alpha channels which I can't do with the current SDK. I daresay I've missed something. Chris Edited by Chris on 2008/11/16 0:16:21

NetSurf will be stuck (locked up) if one enters "block_advertisements:1" in Resources/Options and visits this site. The little extra window will stay clear though (normally it would hold an ad) |

Works here, with all combinations of block_advertisements and no_iframes. Chris |

Maybe because i'm using it from a window that doesn't start at position 0? Have my Options file and see yourself, that little window is started to be drawn in the upper left corner but never finishes because NetSurf locks up Thanks for looking http_proxy:1 http_proxy_host:http://www-proxy.t-online.de:80 http_proxy_port:80 http_proxy_auth:0 http_proxy_auth_user: http_proxy_auth_pass: font_size:128 font_min_size:12 font_sans:DejaVu Sans font_serif:DejaVu Serif font_mono:DejaVu Sans Mono font_cursive:DejaVu Sans font_fantasy:DejaVu Serif accept_language: accept_charset: memory_cache_size:2097152 disc_cache_age:28 block_advertisements:1 minimum_gif_delay:10 send_referer:1 animate_images:1 expire_url:28 font_default:1 ca_bundle:Resources/ca-bundle ca_path: cookie_file:Resources/Cookies cookie_jar: homepage_url:https://freemail.web.de/msg/popmail.htm?user=raziel_nosgoth url_suggestion:1 window_x:0 window_y:98 window_width:1650 window_height:1053 window_screen_width:1600 window_screen_height:1000 toolbar_status_size:6667 scale:100 incremental_reflow:1 min_reflow_period:25 max_fetchers:24 max_fetchers_per_host:5 max_cached_fetch_handles:6 suppress_curl_debug:1 target_blank:1 margin_top:10 margin_bottom:10 margin_left:10 margin_right:10 export_scale:70 suppress_images:0 remove_backgrounds:0 enable_loosening:1 enable_PDF_compression:1 enable_PDF_password:0 verbose_log:0 url_file:Resources/URLs hotlist_file:Resources/Hotlist use_workbench:1 screen_modeid:0 theme:Resources/Themes/Default no_iframes:0 clipboard_write_utf8:1 truecolour_mouse_pointers:1 os_mouse_pointers:0 always_open_tabs:0 new_tab_is_active:0 kiosk_mode:0 recent_file:Resources/Recent |

*shrug* still works. Unless we can work out the specific circumstances which is making it fail, I can't really help much more. It may be that it has been fixed between that release and the one I'm using. |

Maybe yes ... i think you might have already stumbled upon it, if it still would be there. I tried with different sites and nearly all of them lock up, so i do think it's fixed in your latest build Thanks a lot |
