It seems adding png.iconmodule works with newly added icons, but existing icons remain the screwdriver. I just redownloaded the archive, unpacked to ram and copied the now working icon over the screwdriver icon. All seems ok now.

You have png.iconmodule ??? Just click right on icon and add launch with workbench and not shell after add big stack and launch game |

Oh it IS the icon. I just deleted it since I don't use PNG icons but I'll try again.
